Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

so I ordered a cheeseburger, and a side Caesar with it. This is what I received. This is honestly a little ridiculous. The burger was completely fine and tasted great, but I wanna know why the heck there is so much Caesar dressing in my side salad? Very disappointing.
I’m giving two stars, because the burger was great.

Jack was one of the best servers I’ve had at a Red Robin’s. So tentative and polite. Great service all around!

My server was Natalie, and she worked very hard to serve. My request of root beer cream soda was not on the menu, but she checked, so I settled with the Dr. pepper cream soda. Had the Southern Charm burger, and requested guacamole on the side to go with it. No chance. Had some confusion over the brussel sprouts, got the garlic broccoli instead. Of course not to give up, Ms. Natalie still got my Brussel sprouts. Topped it off with the Mile High mud pie, and chased it all down with 3 glasses of the never ending refills of Dr. Pepper Cream Soda.
Being a tall guy, I can put away the food, but Note to the uninitiated, share the mud pie, the thing is huge!

So, Cograts Red Robbin at Woodland Mall, Very pleased, and was in Euphoric Bliss with your Victuals Yummm. Thanks again to Natalie, I look forward to eating there again!!!

Updating post from 2 years ago. It has gotten better. It just seems to depend on what staff they have at the time. Have had great to garbage service here. Bur seems better as of recently.

The food and burgers where good and the service was good but the wait was about an hour. More than half the restaurant was more than half empty.

I remember when I went here in 2020...I tell you...Their food was absolutely delicious...The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly and so were the fries...I'm hoping to come back up and take my friend with me

Service was good. Food took too long and was just okay. Been going here for years, but for what it was, it definitely was not worth the price. We usually leave full and happy. Last couple times it was just disappointing. ☹️ Price went up and quality went down.

Went in for a birthday lunch and was not disappointed. Jack, Brenda and Carlie were fun and attentive. The food was hot and not only tasted good, it looked good. I will always go back.

This is a great spot for burgers, ribs and drinks. It’s located at Woodland Mall and wasn’t too busy. It’s a large really nice restaurant/bar. Had a drink, ribs and burgers. The fajitas were amazing and served on a hot plate, the drink was great and the ribs fell off the bone. Great family place for kids and roomy

Parking: Terrible parking since it’s in the mall so good luck

Kid-friendliness: Cute place with a nice kids menu. Kids would love it here

The food was cold, went here for my birthday and the service was very bad. Our onion rings sat under the light for ten minutes so it was very cold. Was sad bc they used to have good service.
