Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

we don't have these back in Texas so we came 3 times on our 5 day stay since we stayed at the Sonesta next door, great service great burger i had the western BBQ i think and my mom had just a shake which we ended up loving it was the pretzel shake. so dang good.

Was seated and waited about 15 minutes until we left.
Nobody came over to take drink orders or anything.

So we went across the street to five guys and got food.

Dinner with the grandkids. Always a great hangout place to eat!

Nice burgers 🤤

They wasn't that busy, but the waitress was slow As can be i literally had to get-up-and-go up to the front just to get the stuff we needed.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated, which was fine. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress fairly fast. Once we ordered it took another 30 minutes to get our food. It seemed like a ling time to wait for a burger and chicken sandwich. It didn't seem very busy as there were several empty seats. Short on servers maybe? The kitchen was loud and seemed disorganized, heard several dishes hit the floor and break. Overall the food was good but don't expect to get in and out in less then an hour.

Worst meal I've ever had at RR. Waiter was clueless.Food was slow.Wrong orders. Cold food. My grandsons burger looked like they stepped on. Overcooked burnt burger too. Never going back to this livation

Everything tasted homemade.

Service was less than optimal. Food was okay fries was all salt burger was good but no pink like I asked and it was dry. Will never go back parking sucked as well

5 stars for this restaurant. My grandaughter mistakenly left a nice sweatshirt in the restaurant. We live 2 hours away. When I called the restaurant the next day, Brenda, the Manager, offered to mail it to me! The shirt arrived yesterday. Thank you Brenda and also Felicia! You two made my day!
