we don't have these back in Texas so we came 3 times on our 5 day stay since we stayed at the Sonesta next door, great service great burger i had the western BBQ i think and my mom had just a shake which we ended up loving it was the pretzel shake. so dang good.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated, which was fine. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress fairly fast. Once we ordered it took another 30 minutes to get our food. It seemed like a ling time to wait for a burger and chicken sandwich. It didn't seem very busy as there were several empty seats. Short on servers maybe? The kitchen was loud and seemed disorganized, heard several dishes hit the floor and break. Overall the food was good but don't expect to...

5 stars for this restaurant. My grandaughter mistakenly left a nice sweatshirt in the restaurant. We live 2 hours away. When I called the restaurant the next day, Brenda, the Manager, offered to mail it to me! The shirt arrived yesterday. Thank you Brenda and also Felicia! You two made my day!
