My server was Natalie, and she worked very hard to serve. My request of root beer cream soda was not on the menu, but she checked, so I settled with the Dr. pepper cream soda. Had the Southern Charm burger, and requested guacamole on the side to go with it. No chance. Had some confusion over the brussel sprouts, got the garlic broccoli instead. Of course not to give up, Ms. Natalie still got my Brussel sprouts. Topped it off with the Mile High mud pie, and chased it all down with...

Updating post from 2 years ago. It has gotten better. It just seems to depend on what staff they have at the time. Have had great to garbage service here. Bur seems better as of recently.
The food and burgers where good and the service was good but the wait was about an hour. More than half the restaurant was more than half empty.

I remember when I went here in 2020...I tell you...Their food was absolutely delicious...The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly and so were the fries...I'm hoping to come back up and take my friend with me
