Rio Peruvian & Mexican restaurant

We came in because of this menu that is posted come out to find that that’s the Sunday and more menu even tho it says Saturday. We came in got seated and to be left un attended we didn’t know where to go where the food was or anything. We finally get a server who asked us what we wanted to drink but didn’t show us a drink menu or what is available so we just started throwing names out until she said yes to something they had. Food is like warm soggy and un flavored. When things would run out it would take over 30 minutes to replace by that time you didn’t want anything anymore. We tried to pay no one came so we got up and tried to pay at the front all of a sudden the server rushed to us to ask if we are ready to pay. We pay $40 for 2 people for a $12 buffet non alcoholic drinks are over $7 a piece no refills didn’t know that either until the bill came. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one. A lot of customers seemed lost like we were some saw the food and were smart and left others ate and did not seem happy. No Ac inside they have a garage door open for air felt like I was in my grandmas backyard expect my grandma had good food.

Terrible service and only some of the food was edible. I sent back the greasy lamb and the manager came out to argue with me. Talk about unprofessional, everything from the servers not speaking English and talking on their personal cell on the floor, To our food coming out one plate at a time with our appetizer coming out last after waiting over an hour with hungry kids. Plus our ceviche was raw. Like inedible, absolutely raw. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This is our new go to Mexican/peruvian restaurant! Delicious food well prepared and presented. They also have daily specials from 3/6 pm. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Went for dinner, we sat outside because the music was a bit too loud inside. Very disappointed in the food. No enchilada on the menu. I asked the waitress and she had no clue if it was or wasn't. My husband ordered steak and shrimp, the steak looked like something we shouldn't be eating. I had a steak quesadilla, it was so bland I put hot sauce on it just to try to get some taste. The meat did not look like steak or hamburger and had absolutely no taste. Salsa and chips were just ok. Cute place but very disappointed.

Been few times and food taste really good but the service by some servers is poor. On a not busy time the server I got last was taking for ever just to bring 2 glasses of water. When I was ready to order she took for ever to time back, took order then got lost out of dinner floor to come back like 10 min later to say the food I ordered wasn’t on the many because missing principal ingredient. Order again like 20 min and not water yet. Then later bring the water and no straws nowhere around to ask and when walked around didn’t even took to table, she didn’t removed the first order from my account and put added the new one, then got lost again long when came back starter to check another table were waiting long while 3 tables with more people by my side arrived like 15 minutes after me and were attended before me. I was still waiting for straw and I had not napkins not silverware on table e either. She came finally with one order and left needing silverware for stake then waiting waiting and nothing. I said please and thank you and I was polite all time and my partner and I were waiting very patiently but she got lost somewhere out of floor long time and when appear didn’t had what we need yet. Then is there something that servers not even offer the receipt and looks like charging even the water. Found out the server let first order they didn’t have on the account before the $$69 for only 2people and only 2 orders with a drink and water from top and chips then not receipts offered. Something else is they want take plate when you still eating from you without asking. Why can’t wait for people clearly finished or leave already? Not all servers were same not trying to be a Karen but needed to say something after few times visiting and something happened.
