OVERNIGHT PARKING is allowed. they do go buy appointments, but if they're not terribly busy, they can get to you early.

The deal about the trailer washout must only be for refrigerated trailers. Cause I just have a dry van and they never said nothing bout washout.

I only dropped an empty trailer here, but make sure you have a washout receipt...I got my washout at the blue beacon in Benton Harbor, MI by the pilot...no issues.

This is the first time I give my opinion on a company. and this sucks. A man in his 50s harassed me and they did nothing, they didn't give any solution. So think carefully. I don't recommend this place

Strict about appointment times waited in the dock door for 2 hours called ahead and was told I could get unloaded earlier but it didn't happen. Spaces are tight but just take your time. No overnight parking or bathrooms. Wait for lights and paperwork was left on desk.

My experience was trash I guess it's the day that you go or who works inside. Was told to put my BOL in the trailer...I did they never returned a signed copy..went back to shipping...no answer, called no answer....Called every number provided even the one on the shipping and receiving door. No response......Never again.

Was late to get loaded (my fault due to previous receiver), was closed when I arrived. Checked in at 0700 and was given a dock right away. Started loading right away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Docks are a little tight. You are able to stay overnight in their lot.Must have a kosher washout receipt in order to get loaded.
