So we went in and stood there for a few minutes. We are 7 people and they just looked at us while we were deciding and when we went to order they decided to say oh sorry we are only accepting cash. That was after the two workers whispered back and forth to each other. I'm not sure if it was true but they could have told us before we wasted time deciding what we wanted to eat.

It's really hit or miss depending on who makes the sub. They have a high turnover rate it's rarely the same person twice. I have got about 2 dozen subs from here in the last 18 months. I've had absolutely spectacular subs from here. I've also had Subs that I paid for extra meat and extra cheese and not get it. I let them know I still didn't get compensated for it. Most of the time it's good..... sometimes it's awful... I've had the staff straight up ignore me and continued just making other sandwiches even though I'm standing there for a pickup order and continue to make sandwiches for the next person and the next person so adjust your expectations

Need better help or employees and train them right. My sandwich had the wrong bread, it was squished almost like they squeezed it before then packaged it and it wasn't toasted, not cut in half, and very distasteful. Not okay TO pay double what we used to for the same items and then to have them come completely messed up. It's always this location too. Do better smh

Been here a few times now and they have one person working and they were very busy each time the employee did a great job calmly and patiently making all those sandwiches correctly with no help. I would not have handled it as well so the management is questionable but great employees

These ladies that run this store by far the best in subway chain. They are friendly attentive and keep it real. I love when I have had time to visit their store. Only store that has never made my order wrong.

Front door was locked so had to go in through the gas station. Entered the subway and nobody said anything to us for several minutes. Both workers just seemed upset. Chicken was slimy like it had been left out for to long. They swept but left the pile of garbage on the ground. There have been several instances where the staff just seem annoyed, they don’t say goodbye or hello or speak at all. Rarely it’s a good experience but it really depends on the staff working.
Ive never left a bad review anywhere before but this experience was so bad. The air was tense, the place was dirty and it seemed liked the staff super did not care at all.

If you open at 7am, you should prooooobably reflect that on everything that says otherwise at 6am. Seems like they just open whenever they want cause they don't prep in time to actually open when they say they are, very disappointing.
