My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! We now look forward to coming here! Every time we are here she goes above and beyond! THANK YOU!!

I did the online order. My husband got there and our food was already ready. He said customer service was amazing. The manager Laura and a worker Mo I do believe that was there helped and made sure to let my husband know that they seen him and greeted him and after a bad night made him smile. Our sandwiches was amazing!!!! And we are picky. We live passed division and tried this one bc others around us just don’t like. We def be going back! Thank you again for our amazing sub and making my husband smile today Laura and Mo!!!! We be back again for sure!

Young man working on the afternoon of May 6th needs better training. I ordered a tuna sub. He used a knife to scoop the tuna and barely covered the bread. I’ve been to other Subways where they use a scoop to put 5-6 dollops of tuna on the sub. I basically paid for bread and cheese.

Customer service is non-existent at this location. Also, beware of ordering via the Subway App and trying to pick-up up at the store. I ordered through the app, and the associate at the location said I didn't order from her place, and she was now closed, so she did allow me inside and would not check to see if the order that I paid for was her location. I'll return and get my refund and never patronize another Subway franchise.
