Every time I try to go to this location to walk in the lobby has been locked. I only ever try when it is actively open. Sorry I can't drive. There is never a note on the door stating that the lobby is closed, but the last 15 times I tried to go inside the lobby has been closed. I can't be that unlucky to be going every time they are short staffed.

Excellent food, and friendly service. This is my family's favorite Sunday-morning breakfast take-out (even more so now that the dining room is reopened). Carmen, Hannah, and Kamaya do a fantastic job of taking care of us.

I love getting coffee here I just wish it was more consistent when they make my coffee. I say double double and it's never the same. Sometimes it's too sweet or sometimes it's too bitter. They need to retrain employees so the portions are consistent

Asked for apple fritters and was given cinnamon rolls. Asked for 4 Boston Cream... Only had two left. Donuts and coffee are outstanding!
Very nice workers on weekends, but they get sold out pretty early so if u want exactly what u want catch them early other than that and the lobby being closed Nice coffeeshop

Love their coffee! I ordered a sausage bagel and got the wrong sandwich. The young lady at the window was very sweet and made it right! Whoever makes the food needs more training.

Drive thru speaker is horrible. Placed an order on the app got to the window worker states they don’t have the order. Confirmed order number and location. Was waiting over 10 min. Got the food and drinks. The English muffin was horrible bread was stale. I have given this location several times to do better but it just gets horrible every time. Workers are rude as well zero customer service skills.
