Excellent food, and friendly service. This is my family's favorite Sunday-morning breakfast take-out (even more so now that the dining room is reopened). Carmen, Hannah, and Kamaya do a fantastic job of taking care of us.

I love getting coffee here I just wish it was more consistent when they make my coffee. I say double double and it's never the same. Sometimes it's too sweet or sometimes it's too bitter. They need to retrain employees so the portions are consistent

Asked for apple fritters and was given cinnamon rolls. Asked for 4 Boston Cream... Only had two left. Donuts and coffee are outstanding!

Love their coffee! I ordered a sausage bagel and got the wrong sandwich. The young lady at the window was very sweet and made it right! Whoever makes the food needs more training.

Drive thru speaker is horrible. Placed an order on the app got to the window worker states they don’t have the order. Confirmed order number and location. Was waiting over 10 min. Got the food and drinks. The English muffin was horrible bread was stale. I have given this location several times to do better but it just gets horrible every time. Workers are rude as well zero customer service skills.

We ordered two chias, one vanilla one gingerbread. We get to the window, hand over a gift card and at first we are told there’s nothing on it but eventually she figures out that there is. Then we are handed our drinks and we taste them only to realize both have coffee. Eventually she opens back up the window (she’s quick to shut the window and never talks to us) and I tell her “we didn’t order dirty chias we ordered normal chias, those don’t come with coffee” another girl comes to the window and tells us “I watched her make the drinks and she didn’t put coffee in them, just expresó”…… expresó is coffee. She tells me the gingerbread one only comes with coffee. But somehow she returns with our corrected original order and nothing has coffee like it was originally supposed to. There seems to be no training at this location. First they don’t know how to use a gift card. Second they have no customer service training. Third they don’t know that expresó is coffee which should be a day one understanding as a barista. They don’t under how to make drinks that are being advertised either. I don’t blame the girls, I feel bad for them because their management has failed them by not teaching them the basic fundamentals of their job.
