Walked to grab some coffee and a snack but the dining room was closed. I was directed to use the app and call that I was there. I used the app but when I called it kept ringing through. Only got my order because an employee walked out to give an order to a drive through customer. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have never once gotten the correct order here. Today's "Double egg, sausage, and cheese bagel with onion chive cream cheese". Had the order repeated back correctly, so stupidly didn't double check before rushing back to work. Ended up with a bagel with plain cream cheese and nothing else. Boring lunch. At least the coffee I ordered was right

Came to get some donuts at 2:30, they close at 3pm, and didn't have any of the donuts I requested. I will continue my search for a good donut shop.

We LOVE Tim Horton's! We are a dye-free family. I love that we can go here for fun donuts for our littles and not have to worry about allergies. I have yet to find something on the menu that we *don't* like!

First an last time coming here. It was a block away from my house so figured Im in a Hurry I’ll stop here versus Starbucks….The cashier is rude as hell, huge line barely moved, everything I asked for I was told “we’re sold out” so I couldn’t order anything I actually wantedAnd the drink was a Iced Carmel there’s no ice or CarmelAnd got charged 11$ for 1 donut and a large drink …. Then had to sit back in line to get a refund because this doesn’t even look editableSo now I’m late and haven’t ate… never again

The girls at the window were rude. I wasn’t able to choose the donuts I wanted and was told “if she don’t like the ones we chose that’s her problem”. Doesn’t make sense if I’m paying for it. Also didn’t listen to what I wanted specifically for the rest of my order and had to pay more and was mad at me when I said I didn’t ask for what she handed me, but apparently paid for it. She didn’t hand me a receipt to check. Overall really disappointing. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Today I ordered a Large Red Bull Sunrise Sunset. When I get to the window they hand we two regular sized drinks. I tell them I only ordered one. They tell me “baby we don’t sell larges so we gave you two regulars.” So I asked “was I charged for two?” And they said “yes.” I don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me over the drive through that they don’t sell a large. They explained it to me in a very condensing way. Their menu doesn’t even list the Red Bull drinks, so there was no way for me to know that they didn’t sell a large.

Just stopped in for a cup of coffee and some Tim bits. The young lady at the counter made my day! Super friendly! When she asked me how I was doing, and how my day was going… She meant it! As always, the coffee was delicious and hot! Thanks for the Great Coffee and the Great service!!?

The food quality was not good. The hash brown was soggy and had a weird flavor. The sausage sandwich was not good at all. I ordered online and was disappointed when I got there that they were out of or did not have some of the items. They didn't have a biscuit for my sausage sandwich so I had them make it with an English muffin instead. They don't sell the pumpkin spice donuts there, yet it was available to order online. I'm not sure if it's the location's fault for just not updating the online orders or if it's just not that sophisticated, but frustrating either way. Boston cream donut I got instead was ok, didn't seem fresh though. I'm glad they could offer me alternatives, but the girl at the window seemed a little annoyed as I was also annoyed that they didn't have certain items. Not a great experience.

Had i read the prior reviews, i would of avoided this location.Poor customer service!! Ordered through drive through. Person taking order said they couldn't hear and had to repeat order multiple times. Pull up to the window to hear another employee yelling and screaming on the back ground, entire order is wrong!! Crossiant sandwich had no bacon, ordered 3 coffee drinks got 2 out of the 3, both of which were wrong again. We were charged for pancake syrup and another plain crossiant that we never recieved and did not order. The girl at the window had an attitude, asked for the receipt and then closed the window , another person came to the window who was the manager? Hard to tell as they are less than professional, explained whole order wrong. Well this is the topper "" You are holding up the line and have timed out, you are holding up the line and need to go around, get back in line and order again " We drove off, I have never had such poor customer service . Retraining and supervision of employees highly recommend .

I order 2 Farmer's Wraps (no eggs) every Friday morning as a weekly treat. This location is my last choice out of all the GR area Timmy Ho's. Half the time they put eggs on the wraps, it's always a toss up which kind of cheese they feel like using that day, they run out of wraps regularly, and they rarely serve wraps in the cardboard sleeves they're supposed to, making them incredibly difficult to eat while driving. There are MUCH better Tim Hortons locations around town.
