Service is EXTREMELY slow for a low traffic location, sometimes when I come to this location it take upwards or 15 minutes to get my food, even if it’s ready sitting on the counter. The turnover and customer service is what’s lacking. Will be dining elsewhere

Caribbean jersey chicken, was very cold, I have always ordered this sandwich but this is unexcepible. " not heated or even put in the microwave. Beans,meat,rice, we're very cold, did someone miss a step, or maybe they weren't trained correctly, who knows! The is very disappointing and unexcepible.

The associate working the window was rude. Stopped in before work and waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla and smoothie. (Mind you I was literally the only person in the drive thru) after getting the team members attention and asking about my order she said “are you sure you haven’t gotten your order yet?” And rolled her eyes at me. After asking if I could just get my order or a refund, she finally brought my items to the window, to find my food just laying inside the bag out of the box. Very disappointed, and I NEVER leave bad reviews but this experience was pretty lame.

Never Again, One thing I don't play about is my food and being rushed put together and watched you make it politely ask you can you remake it and still return it to me even worse I'll take my service to another tropical smoothie cafe........
My daughter makes me come here to get things with kale in it or whatever. Like smoothies and slaw. She gets a Dilla and I get to stop somewhere on the way home to use the bathroom. Making memories.

I ordered online a didn’t receive my order when they kept saying I would be next . I called everyday for a week to get a refund and they keep saying they will call me back and they never did. Terrible place
