On March 16th I went to this location to order an acai bowl. There was a lady waiting for her order. I placed my order and began to wait. The lady that was waiting for her order abruptly yelled out, " No, you didn't!" She said he just ate a piece of food off of my sandwich! There was another lady waiting for her order as well and she witnessed this also. She and the lady whose order it was began discussing what they observed. The young man had eaten a piece of food off of her sandwich as he was preparing it.The young man quickly went to the back out of the view. The other staff quickly went to the back out of view. The young lady that was taking orders was attempting to honor the customer 's request of giving her a refund. She was obviously dissatisfied with their service. The young lady stated that she was not able to give the refund because it was with a credit card. She said her manager would have to complete that request.She then went to the back with the rest of the staff. The young teens stayed in the back for approximately two minutes. The young lady who was serving as manager came out and walked to the register and just stood there in silence looking at the lady. The lady then said give me my money back. The staff person said I don't know that I am aware of what is going on. Obviously frustrated, the customer stated you know what is going on now give me my money back! The young lady gave her her money and the lady walked out. I was equally disappointed and requested a refund for my purchase as I was not going to support an establishment with such unsanitary practices. This other lady waiting also received a refund.The workers seemed to be very young as exhibited by their immature interactions with each other and not to mention this young man's decision to make such a bad choice in plain sight of the customer. The customer was clearly observing him as he prepared her order so I am sure he knew she was watching him. He clearly did not have self-control.Reading the other reviews, it seems as if this location needs to rethink their practices and staff selection. I will never step foot in this location again.Management responses are so nonchalant and scripted that it screams inexperienced, unconcerned and dismissive. Suggesting someone go to their website and provide details for what you have already read is unbelievable!! This mindset does not foster an environment for improvement.FYI, management, please don't reply to my review in your dismissive manner. Do us all a favor and train your staff to use manners, maturity, common sense and integrity when they are on the clock.

This happened on 4/8/24. By far the worst customer service ever. I placed an online order in the morning. Arrived to the restaurant and doors were locked, the worker made eye contact and continued on with what she was doing, with no acknowledgment. Tried to open door again with the same results. I then left the restaurant. I called restaurant later in the day. Talked with the person that locked themselves in due working alone ( and as she said someone came into the lobby and urinated on the floor).I do understand the safety concerns, there is two other TS west and east ( distance of five miles for each) of this restaurant. I visit all three on a regular, depending on need. I’ve been going to the other two restaurants for the last six years with zero problems. I would seriously look into how this facility is managed.The individual whom I had a conversation with was unprofessional, rude and talking in circles. Only good that came out of the conversation was that she last stated I would be refunded my purchase. STILL WAITING!

I order smoothies from here often due to working in the area and it’s very inconsistent. The workers need better training or something because sometimes my smoothie is super good and sometimes it’s horrible, not sweet at all and has HUGE ice chunks in EVERY sip like today. It’s barely blended. The lady at the window basically tossed the smoothie at me and said “have a good day” with an attitude. I could tell the smoothie would not be good from her attitude, and it wasn’t! I called to speak to a manager and I will be calling later today to get my money back this is definitely not worth the almost $9 I spent.

I had order many other times but I ordered a Bahama mama and as I was drinking it there was many plastic. It wasn’t all at once but as I drinked it more difference sized of plastic came in it. It may have been blended in it ???

Not very impressed. Maybe it was an off day, but sat at the drive thru window for 8 minutes waiting on food. Brought wrong food and was told he is making it now. Then we get food and it was someone else's order. Had to go in and get the correct food, and wonder how long it took whomever got our food to realize theirs was wrong.

Don’t order online here. I’ve had to wait 45 minutes in the store after having ordered online 20 minutes prior. I came back because I forgot about that and I will never forget again. Been waiting for 25 minutes so far and there’s another lady in here doing the same. The workers gave drive thru and walk in customers their food many times before even asking us about our orders and only making them after we told her. Aside from that I don’t mean to diss the employees because there is clearly a serious issue with management going on. Anyways this is the first review I’ve ever left for anything I just cannot believe how this place is run.

I made two orders from you guys today. I have been starving all day and have been working. When my first order arrived I was in the middle of helping a resident who had fallen. Instead of the driver leaving the food with our receptionist, he left. I called and called. I called the driver, DoorDash, and the restaurant and nobody answered. I saw the picture of the “delivered” food from the receipt and all that was shown was the drink and not the wrap. I went outside to get the drink and it was not there. I am not sure if the driver took it or what. I am/was desperate to eat because like I stated, I have not eaten anything all day long. I made a second order with the same items, drink and wrap. By some miracle the food gets here, the drink is fine, but someone explain to me why my wrap was cold. Not only that but I also had to split it myself only to see that there was cheese in it, which I don’t eat cheese…but after looking closer I realized that the hard white stuff was my RICE. My rice was/is uncooked and my food is cold. I am so so so upset. I wasted my money. Now I am out $46, and still starving. Please give me my refunds.
