This is a horrible Wendy’s they are completely rude and unprofessional I asked for a refund on my food because they said it was ganna take a few and needed me to pull forward I did not have time to sit and wait so I asked for a refund and they refused it so I spent dollars and got no product from this place

Today I did a Mobile order for a Dave’s double. It was quick and I took off to work for a meeting. 30 minutes later I open the bag to finally have my lunch and realize it’s not the correct sandwich or even close. So I went back to Wendy’s and as soon as I said I did a mobile order but got the wrong sandwich they told me to drive forward. I was meet with the nicest people working at a fast food restaurant. That asked me what took me so long to come back as they realized quickly they made a mistake after I left. She even offered me a free cookie. The burger she gave me once squared away was hot but mostly the staff was amazing, friendly and all around a joy! Thank for making things right but almost making it feel as if it never happened.

We eat at this Wendy's often as it's near our house. They are often inaccurate with the order (missing sauce or fries or something like that) but the food is always hot and good. Recently, the staff argued with me about what I ordered causing delay and unnecessary conflict. Some basic customer service training seems to be missing. Argument is unnecessary, just add it and charge what is necessary.

I walked in to get lunch today and as the guy was trying to take my order the manager is constantly yelling at him to get a door dash order that is not even ready yet and interrupting us and very disrespectful to her staff. Manger was very unprofessional. ( Kevin) the guy taking my order should not be treated like this as well as any of the staff. Not sure how people like her can even make it to the manager level!! Do better!!

Not a frequent guest here, but any time I visit I am pleased with the fast and friendly service, especially compared to nearby fast food. Went for lunch the other day and a very friendly and patient young lady (Janiya? Jaliya?) helped me troubleshoot my Apple Pay, and I was so thankful for her help.

Usually this Wendy's is pretty good, but this time I got the grilled chicken ranch wrap for the first time. I basically had to rewrap it myself, as it was almost completely unwrapped when it got to me. Extremely disappointing! The staff was also very loud and shouting profanity and racial slurs while I was in the restaurant eating. The management needs to step up their game.
