2 of the workers were very happy and they just made my day. there were singing telling their employees to have a smile for thanks giving. overall just a great place. and the food was pretty good

The young black girl at the counter was very disrespectful she slammed the window in my face several times after I asked her for extra bags since everything was squished into one bag she gave me small bags that are used for sauces, I asked her to give me larger ones and take the smaller ones back she told me we don’t take anything back. Then she forgot the sprite and gave it to me with no ice. Then the fries were soggy, no napkins in the bag. I had to go inside to put ice in the cup because she refused to open the drive thru window. This place needs to talk to their staff about hospitality and how to do basic tasks on the just such as cooking fries and putting napkins in the bag. Managers please make sure your employees are receiving basic training because it seems as if none of these workers have that.

Was wondering why my order cost more the casier asked if I wanted a 4 piece tender I said no a 3 piece and she still took it upon herself to make it a four piece Why??? Pay attention

We ordered the Cinnabon cinnamon roll. It was so dry that it was disgusting! It was about as crunchy as a dry crouton, like it had sat out for several days. The rest of the food was quite good, except for the baked potato. That was way overcooked and dry! When the girl at the window handed me a drink, the outside of the cup was dripping with the sweet contents, so that it got on my suit and tie. I asked her to please wipe off the cup and she, very rudely, grabbed it and gave a quick wipe around it. My hands weee so sticky that I had to have my husband search for a wet nap in the glove compartment. This location has gone drastically downhill over the past few months.

After stopping to Panera for a senior coffee, and them letting me know it would be $2.89, I went to my favorite senior coffee stop! Wendy’s senior coffee is only $.45! A beautiful woman, Lynn gave me the best service! The Café was clean, and everybody was friendly! Thank you for wonderful service and keeping your Cafe warm and welcoming with cleanliness and smiling faces!

Great service and fresh food! The burgers were hot, fries crispy, and staff super friendly. Drive-thru was quick even during lunch rush. Clean dining area too. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve visited. Will be back!

Went to Wendy's during lunch on 8/12/25. Very busy lunch rush but I noticed how the manager at the shift Covier, very pleasant customer service and communication with customers, walked around to see how everyone was enjoying their lunch, what caught my attention too was how he is with all the staff working. Praising them, hyping them up, very positive to his team and it made me realize there need to be more people like him out there because this is how you keeps employees and keep up the fantastic service! Everytime I have come to this Wendy's every manager has been great. They do a great job if you have an issue with quality of food very understanding and makes it right and even better!

This Wendy’s has the best customer service. We just went through the drive-through and everyone was so nice. The young man who gave us our food had the kindest smile! you don’t always get great customer service like this at a Wendy’s! We love this place!

The service was super slow, took 12 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was able to order. She kept putting doordash orders in front of the line. Wouldn't keep the line moving kept stopping to fulfill orders despite a long line. DOORDASH SHOULD NOT TAKE PRIORITY, WE TOOK THE TIME TO COME INTO THE RESTAURANT AND DINE. DINE INS SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY. We asked for a Large soda she gave us a small, thankfully we cought it. Then she messes up the burger. So 3 mess ups in one visit
