The food has gone down hill and the price has gone way up. They have the worst people at the drive thru speaker. If you order something they are so quick to say "is that all"? It sounds so rude as if they just want you to be done ordering and get the heck out of the place.
The best Wendy's crew I've had in a long time. They were even training and still offered better service than experienced crews ..... food was hot and exactly as ordered

Only gave it 3 stars because it depends on what Wendy's you go to. The one I went to got my order wrong 2 times, but it was good I had the Dave triple combo XL. Wrong size fries wrong drink size.This time they were hot fries, but this Wendy's likes to give out cold or warm fries and they advertise hot fries ?.Kalamazoo street Grand Rapids sorry guys have to put it out there like that. Quit giving cold Fries ? I won't put it out that you do. I know good help is hard to find, but the manager has to make sure.

Everything is good. Food, service ( unless it's super busy and you go inside. ). My only complaint really is the restroom ( woman's ). Toilets haven't been cleaned in at least 4 days. Same dried poop splatters in toilet. Same piece of plastic on floor ( both in handicap stall ). Which means it also hasn't been swept or mopped.
