In response to your response, I was waiting to see if Michael actually called me on Sunday , he did not. You left no way to contact you. I spent 50 on a gift card. My Sister ended up having to pay for her meal and then used the 50 gift card in the nursery so it was not wasted. What can be done is my credit card credited back.
You should not sell on line gift cards with nothing saying it cannot be used in the cafe which is very much apart of your business. I had purchased this as a surprise for my sister and when her and her husband ate in the cafe they were then told they could not use it. I just called and was told it is not written anywhere, that is just what the manger Mike says. When I asked to speak to Mike I was told he works one day a week on Sundays. There is noone else in management available. I left my contact information , we will see if while Mike is working his one day a week he calls me.

I’ve been so happy with the work Thomas and the team at Pine Hill Nursery have done for me. They’ve taken care of both fall cleanup and spring mulching/weeding, and everything always looks great when they’re finished. The crew is professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what they do.
They also planted a number of trees on my property, and I’ve really appreciated their care—not just in the planting itself, but in helping me keep the trees healthy and thriving over time. They’ve been incredibly helpful with advice and follow-up support.
It’s been a pleasure working with them. They show up when they say they will, work efficiently, and leave the place looking better than ever. I definitely recommend Thomas and the team if you’re looking for thoughtful, high-quality landscaping help.

Had to make multiple calls to get trees planted that were already paid for over a month ago. Each person had a different story about what was the problem. Not a pleasant experience. Not intending to shop there again.

Waiting at the counter took forever. No one knows how to work the POS system and the system to ring up plants is awful. Great selection but just to checkout is a pain in the but. Pretty disappointed.

This place is one of the best places to go in Kewadin. I always come here in the summer and love coming here in the summer just to look around. Their service is amazing and everyone is very kind here and the food is delicious.
