Told me I couldn’t order something through the drive thru because it was mobile order only. Went to the marysville location, and they were more than happy to take my order through the drive thru. Guy seemed like he didn’t wanna do his job, nor the manager at Kimball location. DO BETTER.

They jack up the damn prices for the luxe cravings box. Now they don’t even give out the chips when it’s on the online app. $10.99 for a chalupa and burrito is ridiculous. Won’t be back.

This place is disgusting!! Used to be my favorite place after softball games, and we ordered a lot. To get home and half my order was missing. On top of that, I had a black curly hair in my food, and what looked like a fake nail? Maybe? I Called and spoke to the manger who asked me” what do you want me to do?” Think her name was Jaime or Janet. What??? Maybe take care and pride in your restaurant? Instead of blaming the customer. I will NEVER go back and will never suggest this place to anyone anymore. Rather drive to Detroit to get food than come here. Just gross.

I go to this Taco Bell because I ordered the veggie Mexican pizza and they actually spread the refried beans to cover. The one in Marysville just puts a little glob in the middle.
