Red Pepper of Wadhams is a local favorite featuring excellent food, great service and price in a typical Mexican diner atmosphere. My favorite is Steak Fajitas dinner which comes with a generous serving of sautéed steak, onions and peppers on a hot tray, refried beans, Spanish rice, fresh lettuce, tomato, Mexican cheese, sour cream and 4 large flour tortillas. I like their tacos and my wife alternates between beef chimichungas, nachos supreme or nacho salads. Great dining value.

The food is fantastic, but its the staff. Taco Tuesday, insanely busy took me 15 to get thru to order. Lines in the door out the door, and to the register. The staff was flying around, getting refills, and special orders. Thank you to all at the Red Pepper. A weekly stop
