I placed a mobile order. It took over 15 mins to get our order. Two employees were playing on their phones while one was trying to make food. Drive thru seemed to be getting their order. Someone who came in after us got their food first.

No root beer or chocolate frosty's. Messed my order up and forgot my fries and nuggets. Food was also cold and not very good.
I asked for the senior discount and was told they didn't do that. They were understaffed, it took a bit for the food. It was still hot and good
Short staffed. Employees were doing the best they could to keep up.
