Had a wad of hair in my food, not a single hair, a wad of several hairs. Was told they could make my order again!?! "Ya this time hold the hair!" I explained that I'd eaten my daily hair intake and would much appreciate refund instead to which I was told I'd have to waste more of my time to come back 2 days later for the refund. Excuses me for not wanting to you to remake my dirty tainted food for a second time and would rather eat at a place that takes food preparation seriously instead. Glad a refund of $20 was worth more to your establishment then this review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The attitudes of staff were rude and pushy. As soon as you order one item, the response is, is that it. The food was cold and disgusting. We didn't receive the correct sauces. I could go on, but what's the point. They clearly dislike their jobs and don't care to be friendly, which is sad as this is what destroys companies, especially nowadays. You get paid a wage for customer service. The manner in which they threw the bags out of the window and had no regard for anyone or anything is the sort of thing that I continuously see nowadays. Will never go again! Stay away if you want halfway decent food or people that have any manners whatsoever.

Ordered the baconator meal and an order of baconator fries. The order taker goes “instead of the regular fries?” If I wanted that instead of the regular fries I would have said so. Also, barely got a hello, thank you, have a nice day etc nor could I really understand her to begin with. Customer service SUCKS. Food was also cold!
