I got the chicken wraps and the 8 piece nuggets. it's been a long time since I’ve had Burger King, but I was rather disappointed to see that not only were my nuggets burnt but, I had no dipping sauce. The wraps did justice for this order but I can say I’ve never had burnt stale chicken nuggets until today. And not to mention the guy that took my order sounded like he didn’t even want to be there. This store definitely needs to reevaluate themselves.
We typically stop here for food and bathroom break on our way down or back from Green Bay. Ordered breakfast 10 minutes before it was over through the app and the staff had already tossed practically everything that was not made-to-order from breakfast items out to make way for lunch. They thankfully compensated our orders with something else.
Parking: Parking lot is ample but could use a good repave.

Received a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich with burnt chicken and no bacon , returned it and manager made a new one which was good and very appreciated , staff was very polite, would still give them another try just because of this!! Everyone is short staffed these days!!!

There was a long wait to put mu order in, then a long wait at the drive up window. The food was awful. Cold and the burger was lopsided with mustard oozing out all over. Burger was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt. Chicken nuggets were inedible, dark and hard as a rock.

We haven't even received our food before the lady who took our order (don't know the name but the short one with glasses) started bad talking us, telling the crew "I told them a million times we don't have Swiss so they get what they get"
We ordered the Philly melt (first time she said they don't have Swiss and we said that's fine regular cheese is ok) then I got 2 whopperJr's, and out of habbit i said bacon and swiss, and she said again they don't have Swiss. I apologized and said saying bacon and Swiss is just habit, bacon and Swiss but no cheese is fine.
Really nice to be bad talked and said "you get what you get" when I thought the entire premise was "have it your way"
She's always rude, but this was a new one..
Edit to add, apparently "get what you get" means the wrong order, because I didn't even get what I wanted...

Next thing you know the evening manager is in his face telling him he's clocked out for being minutes late on his break and that if he doesn't leave he will be forcibly removed from the property. Treating him like a slave bro it's a BK. My fries were cold...
