I waited in line 50 minutes for a sandwich yesterday. They took the order of the person behind me, who was there maybe ten minutes, before me because they needed to restock their eggs. I’m posting this here because they apparently don’t do customer service surveys anymore and I can’t find anywhere to contact the owners to let them know they should hire more people….

Mobile ordered for 4:05 and had to wait 10 minutes while they helped customers who came in AFTER us and then handed us the sandwhiches that had just been sitting there. Also paid $1.50 extra for pepperoni on my turkey sandwhich and there was no pepperoni. Workers need to pay more attention.
If you order for pickup it will NEVER be ready on time. Extremely slow even through they have 4 people standing there including Bethy the manager. Ordered thru doordash pick up and they didn’t start our order until we showed up to get it. That defeats the whole point of pickup………smh

Good people there besides the manager. If you a teenager looking for your first job or even if your looking for a job do NOT apply here she says she needs employees and then reduces your days right after asking for more she will ignore you constantly and she was not a good first boss experience to me. I asked to come in 30 minutes later once (many people have done it) she took a day away from me I asked her why she used that against me said I did many things wrong that I didn’t do wrong because I know for a fact she would of came to me about the things right away because that’s the type of person she is.
