We ordered online and the person who made the subs didn't follow the instructions to leave the ranch off and put the veggies on the side. Heather fixed it and was really nice. Thanks so much for fixing our order.
The lady working there with the short white hair(I think her name was Jen) flies through making your sub way too fast without letting you customize it. I was still in the middle of putting veggies on my sub and she wrapped it, farewelled me and moved onto someone else without getting a chance to finish putting condiments on. I understand alot of people are coming in, but damn. Go to the one by DCH, it's more efficient.
