Tonight I chose to order pizza through door dash for a quick and easy dinner for this mom of two boys since my husband got stuck working late on a Friday. My door dash order came, but our pizza came doughy and undercooked. I had ordered a large stuff crust and a cheese stick order. Cheese sticks came excellent. I called immediately and the manager answered the phone. I told her the situation and before I could even finish, she apologized first and said they would make it right....
Store manager was acting a bit off putting, went by the next day to talk to whatever manager was available to see what should be done. The two employees there wouldn't say who was the manager on duty. THEN when I talked to them about my experience, they blew me off and were just being condescending and rude. It was the tall chubby dude with glasses. To be real you are already serving up mediocre pizza, but to have such garbage tier customer service on top of that? Lol...
I am a teacher and ordered a bunch of pizza's for my students at the end of reading month. Pizza was delicious and everyone enjoyed it! Everything was done on time and the owner was amazing to work with figuring out how much to order and he even cut smaller pieces for the younger kids. Highly recommend this great place! I will definitly be ordering again!
