Tasty Treat has done a fantastic job with the recent improvements to the outside. It looks great and really adds to the charm of Lake City. The ice cream is hands down the best in Michigan, and the service is always friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Been coming here for over 40 years since I was a child, and it is still the highlight of every trip home to Michigan now that I live in Oregon. Every summer of my childhood was filled with memories of swimming in Lake Missaukie followed by a Tasty Treat cone. The variety of frozen treats is incredible. Portions are enormous. I hope this treasure lives on forever because a trip home wouldn’t be the same without it!

Tasty Treat is always a planned stop when we're in Lake City! If you just want a taste make sure to order a mini because even the kids size is big🍦lol and if you want ice cream with your nerds make sure to say light on the nerds😜

The ice cream is very good and you get a lot of ice cream for your money I mean a small ice cream for a kid is a small ice cream cone with 2 big scoops on it and if you want a big banana split you better be hungry just to be able to eat the whole thing and all of the ice cream is so good and they are putting a place out back for the kids to play very nice place to stop and check out

Our first time here was last year and we didnt know what to expect. But we ordered our kids the normal sizes and they where not it at all so so much more ice cream lol. So this year when we went we all knew what to do. The sizes are so big and so fun we love this place. Very busy place for a reason. Nice people, clean, amazing treats and food. We plan to go every year.
I normally love tasty treat but when you don't follow your size cups for your super sundae's I have an issue with that. Don't give me the wrong size when I paid for another.

Do not recommend ordering food here, over an hour for an order of chili cheese fries and the owner or manager in charge didn’t care or seem bothered by it. Disappointed because my family has been coming here for 30 years.
