Great food, good value and atmosphere. I would definitely return. On our visit 1 waitress got us drinks and after about 30 minutes a second one stopped by to take our order. She said that we got lost in a change up where each one thought the other was assisting us. Everyone arround us was served quickly and were being helped efficiently, so I will go with it was a one off situation. It was a busy event weekend.
The Garlic Chicken Pizza, cheese curds, and the Salmon are so tasty. But the Spaghetti special was sad and reminded me the spaghetti you could get in the lunch line that was super watered down and no flavor.
Staying in Houghton but wanted a smaller bar atmosphere with good food and a local recommended Loading Zone II. Great place with friendly customers and great food!!! Well worth the 20 minute drive.
