This food truck is phenomenal!! Great food and service the burrito was the size of my husband’s forearm and was filled!! We both split it and couldn’t eat all of it! Tasted amazing!!! I 1000% recommend them if you want some great Mexican food!!

I feel like the fact that I only rate restaurants that I love or hate makes my opinions here look a little disingenuous, but El Guero Taqueria 1000% deserves every one of their five stars.
The birria meat is so well done (although the past couple times it was lacking a little guajillo chile ?), and the consommé I could live in. So the consommé and quesabirriria taco is a pair I didn't know that I couldn't live without... But I cannot.
And as much as I love the birria, the lengua is what really makes me so obsessed with this place. I know most Americans can't wrap their head around eating tongue, but it is much like a soft filet mignon with a meatier flavor. I can't even explain to you how perfect this Taco is, but make sure you add the green sauce! It goes so well with it and I was really trying to not get another one today, but I'll just try tomorrow instead lol

I got elote, they should call this sopa de elote. It was literally soup. I got the walking taco, severely undersized. Overpriced to.
It was so good, I pulled over, ate and then instantly left this review. Will be back. The cilantro on it, perfect. the chicken delicious, the bun, toasted to perfection. Maybe it’s just me. But hands down the best authentic Mexican around. The chicken torta 10/10!!

Tried their tacos for the first time today. I kept it simple - chicken, onion & cilantro. They were really good, I got the perfect amount of each ingredient. Friendly service. I’ll be coming back to try the birria next.

First time that I went with my husdband, the food is better than many mexican restaurants, the burrito is huge, easy two persons can eat, and the tacos delicious. If you like a little spicy try the green sauce, excelent. We highly recommended.
Parking: The truck is parking in a big parking lot, so is space for many cars.
