Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

I don't understand why the LO store app won't honor coupons. I ordered a 8.99 pizza, it rang up as 10.99 (plus toppings). The receipt lists both prices... But the charge is for a $10.99 pizza. My husband claims the app is broken... And had been broken for years. I think they are being shady. Too bad bc the pizza is yum. Ridiculous business practices.

Worst service ever. Rude disrespectful and refused to replace what they did not give us. I called several times asking where was our missing items and the lady that answered the phone keep hanging up on me. Do not order from this place.

Ordered thru door dash ordered pizza and cheesy bread . Pizza was good however they had the nerve to give me burnt cheesy bread . It was for my granddaughter really why would you do they you think it’s okay. It’s not been a long time since I had your food now I remember why whet a great disappointment

My first and last experience here. Our family ordered a bunch of pizzas last night for takeout and the majority of us got food poisoning.

Horrible. Ordered 5 pizzas for family and grand kids on sat nov 29th 2025. 7 people got sick with vomiting and diarrhea within just a few hours after eating. Still sick in the morning. Something very wrong needs fixing

There was literally no one there (customer wise). It was open but was afraid to go inside.

One of the best pizza places I just placed a online order for delivery and I talked to this very nice young man named Camden he was respectful and funny too the prices for this place are amazing for a pizza of this quality the breadsticks and chicken was amazing too!!! Very good job to Camden definitely will be ordering from here again
