Great little restaurant, the bar staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I am wondering about the draft beer though, they had two different brands on tap, one was Oberon, the other was Busch light draft. The overall had a kind of a musty taste to it so I switched to the Busch light draft and it had the same taste. Not that terribly appealing. The mushroom Swiss burger was very good though. Great onion rings, cooked perfectly.
Five stars for the chef, zero stars for the passage of time. We walked into a packed house and were greeted instantly by our server. We asked for ice water with lemon. We received water. No lemon. I assumed a global lemon shortage had struck, until I watched the table next to us get handed a literal garden of citrus. Fascinating. Then, we entered the Time Dilated Zone. Nice spot. There's a pool table and darts if that's your thing. Plenty of seating. I had pizza and a few beers w a friend. Our waitress was adorable. It's another good place tucked away by Lake George.
