I'd like to talk with the store supervisor this place is a joke only care about customers who a order coffee through the drive through apparently. Only care about their drive thru times was told to pull forward. Said I'd like to wait here plz because the last 2 times I was forgot about sitting up front. So instead of being served because I was hurting their drive thru times they told me that my food would be refunded and to leave. Great customer service by your manager! All because they had to make actual food! I will no longer support any tim Hortons because of this.

This place is always great about getting customers through the line on busy mornings. I stopped in today, and the young man taking drive thru orders today made my day! His fun attitude changed my morning around. To the store manager, you should be so proud of your team. They are such hard workers, and anytime I am here, I see them all smiling.

Was informed they no longer will have sleeves for their hot beverages. No matter, they rarely had them in stock anyways.Made the mistake of ordering some breakfast sandwiches off the app. 30 minutes later after they lost my order, messed up my order and finally produced about 85% of my actual order.I was off on my merry way.Avoid this location unless you love being disappointed. They actually got that down.

Every time we go to this Tim Hortons location they never give you napkins. They’re always out of the holders for the coffee cups. They’re always out of Splenda. I think the manager and the franchise owner need to step it up at this location. It’s not the employees thoughts. i’m waiting for one day that they actually build a Dunkin. That would be great.

Went on Monday 12/19/23 4pmOrder a turkey bacon club was told don't have buns for that was offered to have it on a bagel I was like okay. Then order 2 chili's to go with it and was told sorry out of chili so I just canceled my order and decided to go elsewhere. This is not the first time they've been out of items. Business must be really good at this location! Sorry but not sure if it owner or management but I am surprised they remain open.

Literally a terrible experience every time I come here. The manager is the only one who actually works his butt off. I mean what do you do when you get served a breakfast sandwich that HONEST TO GOD has a bite taken out of it?! Every order I receive in the morning is NEVER correct. Either something is missing or not made correctly. I'm not that person that writes reviews, but someone really needs to help this store out.

I went to this location with 4 others. They were out of EVERYTHING. Our coffees were burnt, and the hot chocolate was bitter. There were tons of coffee ground in the cups after we dumped them. They were NOT drinkable. They did not add the extra additions that was asked but we were charged. Donuts were stale and very chewy. They looked short staffed as well. Overall if I could give a 0/5 stars I would. Won't be back.

I love Tim Hortons in general, but I went to this location today, and the manager was very rude to the staff, and I felt bad for them. Orders were getting mixed up, and service was slow. The manager said to me that they didn't have proper equipment to handle the number of customers. This was at 10am on a Saturday. I waited for about 45 mins for 2 meals and coffee. They also missed the hashbrown for my 2ed meal, and they gave me the wrong breakfast wrap. I hope they can figure it out, I love Tim Hortons!
