I love Tim Hortons in general, but I went to this location today, and the manager was very rude to the staff, and I felt bad for them. Orders were getting mixed up, and service was slow. The manager said to me that they didn't have proper equipment to handle the number of customers. This was at 10am on a Saturday. I waited for about 45 mins for 2 meals and coffee. They also missed the hashbrown for my 2ed meal, and they gave me the wrong breakfast wrap. I hope they can figure...read full review
They are always out of everything. I went today and they have no bread or lettuce for sandwiches, earlier this week that don't have large cups or apple fritters. Kind of ridiculous and the workers always seem irritated and can be rude to customers.

This place is always great about getting customers through the line on busy mornings. I stopped in today, and the young man taking drive thru orders today made my day! His fun attitude changed my morning around. To the store manager, you should be so proud of your team. They are such hard workers, and anytime I am here, I see them all smiling.
