“There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service. I thank her for her kindness . People like this should be cherish and shown appreciation in the company.“

“Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.“

There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. The staff at M&B accommodated us with smiles on their faces and our employees were so thankful. Thank you for saving the day, Maddie & Bella!“

“The owner Marshall is very knowledgeable about games and the industry, as well as being a mantic game author himself (Alien vs. Predator, Warzone).

The store has an incredible selection of tabletop roleplaying games, board games, and hobby supplies. This store is definitely worth a visit.

The play area is the 2nd biggest in the city. There are plenty of tables to get some good play in. This store is deceptively large.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I've heard others appreciate their café offerings.

My only complaint is the store moves fairly frequently, and they're planning on moving again.“

“I’m from the Columbus area originally and there are no Biggby coffee there. When I moved up here, I just got tired of Starbucks and I came across Biggby. Thank goodness I did because I absolutely love Biggby. I love that they have so many varieties. And the one on Woodville Road has the absolute best staff ever.“
