I had a barista named Shaye last week. She was amazing and very nice! I’ve had bad experiences with a young kid named jack or something, the manager. (or general manager) He was very rude last few times I’ve been there. Glad to have gotten Shaye instead. 10/10 for Shaye, 2/10 for the manager.
Jack's kindness and generosity just made my week. After losing my Biggby card and already having a rough week, Jack managed to turn my day around and he has no idea the impact his gesture had on me. So thank you, Jack.

Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert.
