Arby's offers a mixed experience, with some customers finding the food quality lacking but appreciating occasional discounts on roast beef sandwiches. The team at one location stands out for their accuracy, professionalism, and humor, earning it a 10/10 rating. However, another customer had a negative experience with a staff member who seemed distracted and made mistakes with their order.
