James gave amazing customer service today, I came in for 29 gift cards and he took the extra time to make sure they all loaded correctly for the employees at my work. Definitely appreciated his kindness!!
We walked in behind a group getting off a bus. The line was more than half way through the restaurant. There was a minimum of 15 people in front of me. I waited about 1 minute then remembered you can order from the table. I sat down and ordered from the app. The food came within 2-3 mins of ordering. I also love that they hire mature, more stable employees, who are great in customer service.
