Terrible location for delivery drivers. The drive through is already ridiculous when trying to go through for yourself let alone forcing all delivery drivers through the drive thru on a WEEKEND?! Must be nice to get paid by the hour; we on the other hand are paid per delivery and when forced to wait for 30 other people's order while our doordash or uber has been on your screen for 30 minutes is absolutely ridiculous.

EDIT EDIT:I just want to come back and update my review. Katie reached out to me directly and handled every concern I had. She completely solved the issue with grace and I really appreciate it. I will have to give them another shot!The lady at the drive through speaker box needs to be trained and learn how to repeat orders back to you. The cook in the back needs to know HOW TO READ an order and make it correctly. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and she decided to take off the egg. Maybe if she repeated it back to me, the error could have been fixed. I also order a GRILLED burrito and received fried chicken in it, which I cannot eat. I can’t even get through to someone on the phone to get things corrected. Absolutely the most disappointing experience ever AND to top it off, I’ve been sick and this is the first thing I can eat. I chose Chick-Fil-A and I instantly regretted it. DO BETTER

The service and the attitudes of the employees are exceptional, I have never been greeted by so many people at any fast food establishment, everyone was kind, and the service was prompt and the food was great. There was even a lady that came to our table and took our cups up and got them refilled, I felt like I was dinning at a five star restaurant. When we went to leave, an employee behind the counter, stopped what he was doing to tell us to have a good night, in this day and age, you don’t find that kind of service, especially at a fast food place. No wonder they have five stars.

Staff are always friendly and service is speedy. Food is delicious! The frosty coffee and chocolate shake were refreshing and enjoyed!
