“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. The staff at M&B accommodated us with smiles on their faces and our employees were so thankful. Thank you for saving the day, Maddie & Bella!“

“Amazing experience. These are some of the nicest and kindest people to do business with. I had an order that was placed incorrectly due to a technical glitch. They could have cancelled it but they went above and beyond to fulfill my order including waiving some additional charges. They are very passionate about our hobby in a fun and exciting way. Very welcoming. I wish them the best in their business and appreciate what they are doing for the local hobby community.“

“Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

“It was fun and enjoyable, and the smoothie was amazing!“

“Very busy today, which is expected from the promo and it being Labor Day. Amber took great care of us despite all of the chaos. She let us know she doesn’t even work at this 7brew, she had worked all day yesterday and had to come in for opening today. She did amazing!“

“I felt like a celebrity coming in, the whole staff was so nice, bubbly and waiting to help you. the music was lovely, I was checked on several times. It truly was an amazing experience. food was great, amazing vegan options. there was a book club going on and it was awesome to listen to. I was told by the barista of events coming soon and she invited me back. They even warmed my cookie!“

“Great and friendly staff and service!“

“Just visited the Byrne Rd. location. Been going every Sunday since they reopened. The staff there, rocks!! Thanks everyone!“

“great customer service! super friendly and quick.“

“Stopped in today for the first time in a very long time the the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Was only going to get one. Donut ended up getting six ate two of them on the way home. I can’t remember having such a great donut. Looking forward to getting home and eating the other four.“

“What an adorable spot! I’d venture to call this a hidden gem in the mall. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty, which if you ask me, feels like an oasis amongst the chaos in the rest of the stores. It’s a perfect place for a get together or a meeting or hanging out with friends, complete with games and a chill ambiance. I went outside my comfort zone and got a strawberry matcha and it was delightful considering that’s not my drink of choice! Prices are close to that of Starbucks but overall I can’t wait to come back and maybe bring some more friends along to hang out.“

“This coffee shop does it for me!! Chocolate and Carmel, (Turtle) strawberry (shortcake)!! Mmm there’s even sugar free choices that I have to have and more than one sugar free flavor option. Great service, great coffee, great taste!
Go head and scoot around!! 😋“

“Good food nice atmosphere“

“Great atmosphere,great staff, great experience!!“

“The coffee seems inconsistent, sometimes amazing and sometimes tastes watered down. Often times my order is wrong when I place it on the app for pickup and some of the employees aren't very friendly. Maybe they should do an undercover customer to see how they are naturally. And I wish they wrote on the cups the orders because we place multiple orders for employees and they hand us the drink and they never know which is which. When the coffee is good though, it is good!“

“Friendly staff , they take mental notes of their regular customers always. Great environment every trip!“

“Very clean store and friendly staff !! Coffee was great too!“

“wonderful coffee for the day“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best And I’ve been to a lot of them all over the country. Their coffee is always on Point!! customer service always friendly. Not to mention their donuts and everything else is always fresh🏆👍🏼🍩🧋“

“Great customer service! I didn’t make it there until the day after my birthday so my free coffee coupon was gone! I didn’t know it only lasted that day. Elijah (spell check lol) took my order as we has a great conversation at the same time. After that she said my order will be up in a moment and HAPPY BIRTHDAY you’re all set!! It’s my 50th birthday and I was bummed I missed it but they took care of me! All of the employees were so nice and we have a great pic that I posted! Thanks so much!🥰 They made my day more than they know!🤩🥳🎉“
