“Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

“Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

“Very busy today, which is expected from the promo and it being Labor Day. Amber took great care of us despite all of the chaos. She let us know she doesn’t even work at this 7brew, she had worked all day yesterday and had to come in for opening today. She did amazing!“

“I felt like a celebrity coming in, the whole staff was so nice, bubbly and waiting to help you. the music was lovely, I was checked on several times. It truly was an amazing experience. food was great, amazing vegan options. there was a book club going on and it was awesome to listen to. I was told by the barista of events coming soon and she invited me back. They even warmed my cookie!“

“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. The staff at M&B accommodated us with smiles on their faces and our employees were so thankful. Thank you for saving the day, Maddie & Bella!“
