If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I got a bowl and a Blue Dream taco. The Blue Dream was THE best taco I’ve ever had. And the bowl was just as delicious! Came to me warm and fresh. Big portions and is worth every penny. “This is our go-to for affordable and tasty Mexican food. The California burrito, birria tacos, and ceviche are a favorite! The service can be hit or miss. The last time we were in there, the waitress forgot about us, and we had to waive her down for a bill. The guys from the kitchen that bring the food are always very nice and friendly though. “First time trying BM Chen's and I can easily say it is the best chinese we have tried in Toledo. When they say authentic, they mean it. It is entirely a different experience than the typical fried chinese food. You can tell the food is cooked fresh and is indeed different from the Americanized versions of usual dishes. Will definitely be back again. If you like chinese food, 100% stop and give them a try.“

“I was really happy with all the cakes I got. The New York-style cheesecake was classic and perfect, exactly what you want from a good cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake was also great—it had a fresh, bright strawberry topping that wasn't too sweet. And the chocolate cake was rich and moist without being too heavy. They were all delicious and the portions were just right.“

“Drove here from Pittsburgh on Thursday to surprise a coworker/friend with pizza and she needed a vegan one. I didn't know much about ordering vegan pizza but looked up some of the ingredients and got her a cauliflower crust with daiya cheese and veggie toppings and ran it past her to be sure. I will have to trust her judgment on it, she absolutely LOVED the pizza and said she had heard of this spot but hadn't tried it yet. Got two return customers! “This is just really expensive good steak. It was cooked perfectly . Baked potato was only ok. I feel as though there wasn't much effort by the server because the party size dictated the tip. And prices were so high she knew she was golden. The French onion soup was very different it had a creamy taste and no salt. Have you ever had french onion soup that is not salty? It wasn't bad it was just different.“

“My boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday at Mancy's for dinner last night, and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. I made a reservation online as it was a Friday night, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. We had the meatballs with ricotta and marinara as an appetizer, I had the lasagna pinwheels for my entree while Chris chose the diavolo, and we shared an affogato for dessert. All of our food arrived fresh and in a timely manner despite the busyness of the clearly popular restaurant on a Friday night before the holiday weekend.

We unanimously agreed that our server, Dina, provided us with the best service we've ever had (and we go out to eat quite a bit). While always remaining professional, Dina was also kind, attentive, and very intentional, even remembering our names and wishing me a happy birthday. She truly made our experience what it was. We were also taken care of by Brandon and Kim at different times, who were both awesome as well. We definitely will be back! :)“

They should have different sizes. Potatoes and biscuts were ok too. Who knew there could be such good food at a gas station chicken place. Definitely will go back.“

“I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. Thank you to the manager Mike ( that's what the name tag said) for the hot food and kind service. I will continue to go to this Arby's and tell my friends about it.“

“My husband and I go here frequently when we are looking for a quick lunch. Staff here is always working hard despite being short-handed like everywhere and they always get our food correct without any issues. It does seem like there is always someone else giving them a hard time when we are here. Whether it is someone from drive through or someone in the lobby. Just a reminder that they are human and they are the ones that showed up to work. Yelling at them for something they can't control does nothing except make you look like a jerk.“
