“My family loves this restaurant, the environment feels welcoming, no judgement here. The tv entertainment is awesome! All of the waiters and waitresses are really cool, Jen usually serves us, with the music and atmosphere it feels like being around family. Hostess was too busy taking Snapchats and scrolling her phone. Not enough to deter me from coming back but enough to say something.“

“I was having issues with the app so I arrived 20 min before closing. Felt very guilty. Bryson C made sure to tell me it wasn't a problem at all. Then we had problems getting the card reader to read my credit card. I had added a tip but we had to redo everything. Bryson skipped the tip and I said but I wanted to tip you and he said don't worry about it. This young man gave me the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. He needs to be acknowledged by his manager or director! Great job Bryson!“

“Huge shout out to Wife’s Ramen & Pho! We’ve been enjoying your delicious Pho & other dishes since we discovered you. Tonight my husband and I went in because he was craving some. I just had esophageal surgery & am on a strict liquid diet & have to be careful of ingredients. I planned to just have a drink but when the server was told why I wasn’t eating, she guided me to an extra broth bowl, found out the seasonings from the Chef who then offered to serve the broth completely plain & then put the seasoning on the side. I had already ordered a tea that I didn’t realize was one of the bobas and she then advised me of that and we had those removed. The Ube Green Tea was delicious and the broth satisfying. Thank you so much for going out of your way so I could dine out tonight! Looking forward to returning to eat my favorites when I’m fully recovered!“

“I was expecting the mini cookies to be small. They're the normal size of cookies. The cookies are pretty and taste really good. I tried several flavors and they were all perfectly baked and very good. The restaurant didn't just look clean but it smelled very clean, due to the lingering bleach smell. Maybe bleach will be a future cookie flavor. Bleach Cookie and Tide Pod Cookie.“

“My family visited from out of town late on a Saturday night and received excellent service and phenomenal food. I believe our server’s name was Laura and she was sweet and attentive and took the time to chat with my daughter. My husband tried the new dish, the New York Burrito, and I had the Mexican Sampler. Both of us would gladly say it was the best Mexican-style food we’ve ever had. Our daughter just had chicken nuggets and fries, but she was pretty happy, too. We intend to make it a regular stop on our annual birding trips.“

“We were in Ohio for a wedding and stopped here for dinner. There was a 45 minute wait but after a quick look inside, we decided that it was worth checking out. We were very glad we waited, the appetizers were incredible and the burgers were perfect. I love bourbon and was impressed at their selection. “Tried Condado Tacos for the first time today, through Uber Eats. I’m HIGHLY recommending them if you are a taco lover! And if you’re looking for some good comfort food. I got a bowl and a Blue Dream taco. The Blue Dream was THE best taco I’ve ever had. And the bowl was just as delicious! Came to me warm and fresh. Big portions and is worth every penny. “First time trying BM Chen's and I can easily say it is the best chinese we have tried in Toledo. When they say authentic, they mean it. It is entirely a different experience than the typical fried chinese food. You can tell the food is cooked fresh and is indeed different from the Americanized versions of usual dishes. Will definitely be back again. If you like chinese food, 100% stop and give them a try.“

“Drove here from Pittsburgh on Thursday to surprise a coworker/friend with pizza and she needed a vegan one. I didn't know much about ordering vegan pizza but looked up some of the ingredients and got her a cauliflower crust with daiya cheese and veggie toppings and ran it past her to be sure. I will have to trust her judgment on it, she absolutely LOVED the pizza and said she had heard of this spot but hadn't tried it yet. Got two return customers! “My boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday at Mancy's for dinner last night, and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. I made a reservation online as it was a Friday night, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. We had the meatballs with ricotta and marinara as an appetizer, I had the lasagna pinwheels for my entree while Chris chose the diavolo, and we shared an affogato for dessert. All of our food arrived fresh and in a timely manner despite the busyness of the clearly popular restaurant on a Friday night before the holiday weekend.

We unanimously agreed that our server, Dina, provided us with the best service we've ever had (and we go out to eat quite a bit). While always remaining professional, Dina was also kind, attentive, and very intentional, even remembering our names and wishing me a happy birthday. She truly made our experience what it was. We were also taken care of by Brandon and Kim at different times, who were both awesome as well. We definitely will be back! :)“

So I stopped here and the gentleman helped me graciously and replaced my iced latte for free and threw away my old one. The latte was perfect as was the service“
