“Wonderful place for our staff Christmas party! The bar was the perfect size and atmosphere for our group of 20. The menu was customized for our taste. The drinks were wonderful as always. Dan was very accommodating.“

“We just ate at FBC tonight for the first time. We all tried something different. Burgers, flatbread, sandwich, soup. Everything was great. The bad thing was we had to wait for about an hour. We got there at 6 pm on a Friday, and they said there were 11 parties waiting in front of us. There were several empty tables most of the night that they weren't seating for some reason. The only thing we could think of was that they were pacing a short staffed kitchen? We did find out, too late, that you can get on the wait list online before you get there, so we'll do that next time. Interestingly enough, by the time we were seated, at 7, it really died down. Probably no wait at that time. The wait is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. We'll go back for sure.“
