“We just ate at FBC tonight for the first time. We all tried something different. Burgers, flatbread, sandwich, soup. Everything was great. The bad thing was we had to wait for about an hour. We got there at 6 pm on a Friday, and they said there were 11 parties waiting in front of us. There were several empty tables most of the night that they weren't seating for some reason. The only thing we could think of was that they were pacing a short staffed kitchen? We did find out, too late, that you can get on the wait list online before you get there, so we'll do that next time. Interestingly enough, by the time we were seated, at 7, it really died down. Probably no wait at that time. The wait is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. We'll go back for sure.“

“Great atmosphere. Food was good. Grilled cheese needed to be toasted longer and cheese needed to be melted just a little more. The carmelized onions were slightly under coojed, but delicious (Subbed bread and cheese to sour dough and provolone). The cinamin raisin bagel was AWESOME! Enjoyed the Greek salad. Generous serving annd fresh ingredients.“
