“We just ate at FBC tonight for the first time. We all tried something different. Burgers, flatbread, sandwich, soup. Everything was great. The bad thing was we had to wait for about an hour. We got there at 6 pm on a Friday, and they said there were 11 parties waiting in front of us. There were several empty tables most of the night that they weren't seating for some reason. The only thing we could think of was that they were pacing a short staffed kitchen? We did find out, too late, that you can get on the wait list online before you get there, so we'll do that next time. Interestingly enough, by the time we were seated, at 7, it really died down. Probably no wait at that time. The wait is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. We'll go back for sure.“

We have a Panera in Roseville MI (which is terrible) I haven’t ate at Panera since the one in Roseville has gone down hill. Thank you to this establishment for making me love the FRESH food from Panera again! This was by far the BEST Panera we’ve been to!“
