“I went to this restaurant a lot back in the early 2000s while in college and it was amazing then and it's amazing now 2026!! Went to visit BG and I knew I had to return to my favorite restaurant... SamBs! I got the crab cakes and fries and that aoli they have to go with it.... OUTSTANDING!! Service was amazing! Greeted at the door and the place is clean... Food was HOT and fresh!!! which is a plus! I hate when it's lukewarm. Those fries!! Sooo good... Crunchy not soggy. I was looking for their awesome wings they used to have back in the day but they don't have them anymore but everything else was still good!! Y'all did not disappoint! Will be back soon.... just to eat there!! It's worth the 3 hr Drive❤❤❤“

“We were accidentally given the wrong food, when I called to let them know and try to resolve the issue the young lady who answered was so sweet. She gave me a few options to resolve the issue and was apologetic. We came to a resolution and the issue was resolved quickly.“

“In all my years of working with people, including executives and CEOs, I rarely witness the kind of leadership Abbie demonstrated. What she did was genuinely on another level. The presence, instinct, composure, and ability to command a situation that she displayed were remarkable, it honestly left me in awe.
There is a difference between someone who manages a business and someone who possesses true leadership. Abbie embodies the latter in a way that is almost impossible to teach. She has the kind of natural leadership ability that makes you stop and think, “Wow. I just witnessed something special.”
Taco Bell, people like Abbie are an asset to your organization that cannot be overstated. I sincerely hope the people above her recognize the caliber of person they have representing their brand. She deserves to be celebrated, recognized, and given every opportunity to grow. She need's to be corporate.
