As a new Toledoan, I had the chance to check out one of the city’s oldest restaurants. It’s like walking into a different time period - a restaurant like no other in town. There’s a train car that goes through the center of the restaurant, old school Tiffany’s style lamps and almost like a saloon meets checkered tablecloth vibe.

The kitchen is a mostly scratch kitchen and the sauce is good, the chicken is cooked perfectly on the Alfredo and the parm. The team has been working there for years and the service is small-town friendly. The restaurant is very affordable, making it a good place for casual dining. It also hosts fun events like murder mystery parties and comedy shows on weekends and is a perfect venue for group parties or showers.
