“Very cozy atmosphere. Interesting & diverse menu. Love everything from their freshly made soups to salads to pizza to pasta to stromboli!! If you just want appetizers & a glass of wine you have LOTZ of unique options!! Good wait staff. Nice neighborhood dining spot.“

“I assumed the transaction went smoothly until the cashier, “Lex” , lied on me right to my face to the chef claiming I was rude to her. She did it as if she was having a secret conversation, but did not bother to lower her voice. She could’ve even waited until I left. When I asked for her name she gave me a nickname & would not tell me her real name. I don’t appreciate being lied on, lied to, nor receiving poor service. “Lex” and the other line worker began talking about other customers right on the line, directly after this incident. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Piada across the map. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor service. I will likely never go back to this location again.“

“My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Little bit of a wait for the food but we expected it out of a smaller kitchen and one chef. But boy was it worth it. It’s not listed below to select but, I had the Butchers Ragu and it was fantastic.“

Prime example - I’m pregnant and will seriously cry without the ranch for my cheese sticks in my life. And the same gentleman comes through EVERYTIME! They even let me add bricks of cheese to my order for my cheese grater at home for literally only .50 a brick!“

“I stopped in to have a few drinks and order togo food. It wasn't to busy when I got there, service at the bar was quick. I've had there pizza before and it's good this time I got pasta sauces where excellent. I will definitely be back to eat again. “It was my first time to visit. I was hoping for a patio table and one was available. My Server, Sheldon, recommended a splendid wine to pair with dinner. The ambiance was perfect, my dinner superb and service was excellent. An excellent dinner venue for so many reasons.“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

Growing up in South Toledo alot of our guests said that your pizza tasted like the old Gino's on Arlington Ave. This is my 3rd event that I've had @ Capers. “I highly recommend this location! My family & I order from here all the time, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Andrew, G, and one of the girl managers who usually works nights (I don’t know her name) are always friendly and provide excellent customer service.

Our orders are usually on the larger side, and everything is always handled with care. I order from this location quite often and usually my orders are spot on. On the rare occasion something is incorrect, they take care of it quickly and make things right. I actually have another pizza place less than 2 minutes from my house and still choose this location becuase the food is always fresh and I know what to expect every time.“
