I ordered at 6:20 and got the verification that delivery was between 7:30-7:45. At 7:55 I called because this was for my husbands lunch (he works nights) and was told “the driver is running way behind” so I asked if I could come pick it up and was told “no we hasn’t even started making it”, I asked if they could call me when it was ready and I would come get it and whoever was on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and just kept saying “no we will get it to you when we can”....read full review
They delivered to the wrong house! The owners son, who I was told was the one who delivered it was adamant that he delivered to the correct house to the lady that answered the door. There were no women in the house to take delivery. When I called about the lateness, I was told it was already delivered and they would be doing nothing to remedy the situation.
We had a 20 minute wait for our order and the restaurant was empty. They have 2 booths so we sat at one while we were waiting. They had some cool Halloween decor that my kids were admiring. The pictures above the booth had buttons on them and they light up and make noise. We touched one and were surprised so my daughter went and touched another one and it also made noise. Based on reviews, Bambino's Pizza & Subs offers fantastic pizza, subs, and salads. The food is good, the prices are good, and the service is fast. Personal favorites include the bacon cheddar burger pizza and the apple chicken salad. A large cheese pizza and a steakhouse pizza were also amazing. The staff is fantastic, treating customers wonderful. The crust is just right for a thin crust. Bambino's does not skimp on ingredients or cheese, and the cheesebread is good too. Orders are ready when expected, and the delivery driver is very nice. This restaurant has become a weekly Pizza Night spot for many families.
