On Tuesday night, 8/19 I was a little disappointed as they changed from paper plates and plastic silverware to China Plates and Real Silverware. Here's the clincher, a manager overheard me talking to the clerk at the counter, explaining that I wanted a different pie than I got last time. I was not rude, was not aggressive or talking loudly at all, she's got damn good hearing. And she comp'ed my pie. “I truly love their chicken and get some every time I order. We got the deluxe pizza last night too but we were not impressed by it. The crust needed to cook longer , more sauce was needed and since the crust was too soft it couldn’t hold the toppings . I was also disappointed that I didn’t get the yummy garlic sauce and ranch was thrown in instead. We will continue to order what we know we like .“

“I have been eating Marco's for decades. In recent years I didn't order it as much because it wasn't as good as others.
Today I ordered it and saw new options on the app. I got it with the thick crust, half bacon and full pepperoni with light sauce. Well done bake and garlic sauce crust.
I had to leave a review because it was the best Marco's Pizza I've ever had! The best pizza from anywhere I've had in a long time!

“It's a pizza joint, they have pizza, bread, salads, subs, wings, exactly what you'd expect, and it's always good. When I'm feeling too lazy to cook this is one of my go-tos. What makes me go here though isn't just the short distance to my home, the staff is always courteous and makes sure I have everything when I do a pick-up, and the delivery is always hassle free.

Out of the many orders I've placed here over the years, they've messed up my order only once (these things do happen) and they fixed it immediately. I don't reckon you can ask more from a carryout pizza shop. Keep up that great work guys, and thank you for being a part of our community.

I ordered the Spicy Jalapeño Chicken Pizza, and it was phenomenal. The crust had a perfect crispiness, not too thin, not too thick – just right. The jalapeños provided a delightful kick, perfectly complementing the savory chicken and rich cheese. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, not overly sweet or bland like I've experienced at other pizza places.

“My husband and I stopped coming to Mancy's years ago after some bad experiences and decided to give it another try last weekend. It is worth noting that we arrived about 7:50pm, a little over an hour before closing.

Our server was Liz G and she was fantastic. We were not rushed to get out nor or ignored for closing side work. We substituted sides, changed our minds and I even ordered a decaf coffee (something I'm always hesitant to do because of the time and how annoying it is for servers to prepare). She handled all of our needs like a pro and did not balk or scoff at us at all. She was effective and efficient.

Our food was excellent. My husband had the salmon and my daughter and I the filets with caramelized onions added. Multiple bar drinks were made perfectly.

My daughter's steak was ordered medium rare and was extremely rare so we did ask for just a couple of extra minutes on the grill but were not upset in the least. However, the chef recognized the cut itself was extremely sinewy and gummy and he cooked an additional medium rare filet in apology for the first which he still cooked to temp for her. It was impressive to have a chef take pride in his work to the point of proactively offering a better quality cut without asking. That part blew our mind.

Between the staff and the delicious meal we are so glad we gave Mancy's Italian another try. We are happy to put it back into our rotation.“
