“I always Stopped in for some Gas at this Shell Gas station. Today I found out they started selling pizaa. I tried a slice first and went back for the second one and also ended up getting some wings. This town needed a pizza like. Because it was ready to go fresh and hot. Also you can get a Slice or whole pie. No one offers slice in this area. Also taste hits different so fresh so tasty like from the restaurant not a Gas station. This will be my pizza place from now on because i love pizza.“

“I have gone to many activities here such as painting classes, hat burning & meditation. This place is the cleanest establishment. The staff is fun & give great service. The charcuterie board is wonderful! I have ordered it every time I have visited and it is huge. The prices are very reasonable. My husband likes to get the pizza. I’ve also ordered other food off the menu & nothing has disappointed. I especially appreciate that there is no bar Oder and the restrooms are super clean. I recommend this place wholehearted. If you are driving by you should stop by and check it out.“

“Super great bar staff on Tuesday nights. He always remembers our order and always gets it right. Pizza's and salads are wonderful and would highly recommend both. On Tuesday night, 8/19 I was a little disappointed as they changed from paper plates and plastic silverware to China Plates and Real Silverware. I had a real knife that was serrated for a right-handed person and I am left-handed, lol. Please go back to paper and plastic as it feels more like home. Thanks“

I don’t recall his name but he and the other two were so nice and made the establishment so welcoming (even though it was 30 minutes before closing, sorry lol). “Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“Really good food at an amazing price. The owner is doing his best to deliver, cook, take orders and does it all with a smile. Don't worry about the building, it's plain and clean. The food is what matters. Lemon pepper wings great but even better are the spicy garlic. Wings are baked not fried so not super oily, and not battered.

6 inch Chipotle steak sub was only six fifty. It was good but I prefer the wings over everything, so juicy.

Musakhan rolls were a pleasant surprise. Almost like a Mediterranean eggroll. There's construction out front but only a 3 minute difference to drive around it. Worth it.“

“The best deep dish you’ll ever have (when you can’t go to Chicago). It’s a must to go to before a game, concert, or just strolling downtown Toledo. I consistently make a point to stop there whenever I can when going back home to Ohio. Service has always been excellent. Servers are always friendly and kind, even when outrageously busy. Prices are incredibly reasonable for how much you’re getting. I’ll never not love PizzaPapalis.“

“Drove here from Pittsburgh on Thursday to surprise a coworker/friend with pizza and she needed a vegan one. I didn't know much about ordering vegan pizza but looked up some of the ingredients and got her a cauliflower crust with daiya cheese and veggie toppings and ran it past her to be sure. I will have to trust her judgment on it, she absolutely LOVED the pizza and said she had heard of this spot but hadn't tried it yet. Got two return customers! (Though it's a few hours out of my way lol!) The guy with the bandana working the counter was very friendly, funny, and super thorough. Thank you bandana man!“

“First timers and have to say, definitely a hidden gem! Started with French onion soup and huge, hand battered mushrooms. Long Island Iced Tea was awesome. Crazy Memphis style chicken sandwich with honey barbecue sauce and fries was my son’s choice. Hubby had a basic burger and fries. I chose the patty melt and tater tots. Nice that for those who ordered pop, that a pitcher is brought to the table for refills. Staff is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!“

Their regular pizzas have thinner crusts compared to some other joints and I enjoy their sauce because it's not super sweet.
