“I received a digital coupon via text for 1 free large specialty pizza to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived the “open” sign wasn’t lit so I thought they were closed. I tried the door anyway and they were open. I ordered a mac n’ cheese pizza and was told it’d be ready in 10 minutes. I went back to the car to wait. About 12 minutes later the woman brought the pizza out to me. We went to a nearby park and enjoyed every delicious bite of our score whilst watching a few people disc golf. Great pizza, great day.“

On Tuesday night, 8/19 I was a little disappointed as they changed from paper plates and plastic silverware to China Plates and Real Silverware. I was hesitant to go back, but I love vito's pies, figured mistakes happen, so it's done, not going anywhere else. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. I arrived 5 minutes past and was told twice to wait for my order (so my order was never made and was made on sight or it was made wrong ion…). The first time I went in I was told 3 minutes I waited 10 went back in and locked eyes with all the employees and NO ONE said or asked anything i stood there with at least 5 employees on the floor for 5 more minutes so I screamed “HERROOO” cuz I felt like I was invisible! The service was outstanding. Our waitress was wonderful. Sadly, the pizza that used to have a signature flavor, is now missing. The pizza was still good, but no longer unique.“

“I truly love their chicken and get some every time I order. We got the deluxe pizza last night too but we were not impressed by it. The crust needed to cook longer , more sauce was needed and since the crust was too soft it couldn’t hold the toppings . I was also disappointed that I didn’t get the yummy garlic sauce and ranch was thrown in instead. We will continue to order what we know we like .“
