Amazing food and atmosphere. The people are great and the vibe is perfect. One of the best in Toledo.
The food here is AMAZING! The pizza is on point. I ordered the Margherita for myself, and I am not too much of a pizza person, and it was delicious. Reminds me of the Margherita my husband and I had outside of the gates of Pompeii. My husband ordered the lasagna, and no lie, the lasagna reminded me of the one we had in Livorno, IT. As an Italian I can say this pizza is the closest to northern italy style pizza, at least for italian toppings like Margherita or Capricciosa. Good job!

Zaza Wood Fired Pizza & Mediterranean Cuisine offers amazing pizzas made in their wood fired brick oven, with an amazing thin crust and dough made in house using flour straight from Italy. Pizzas are light, delicious, and brought to the table straight from the oven within 10-15 minutes. Toppings are plentiful, and the beef pepperoni is a standout. The margarita pizza had a spot-on crispy crust, though some found it lacked flavor. Beyond pizza, the gyro is excellent with fresh bread, crisp toppings, and tzatziki sauce; the fruit smoothie is refreshing, and fries are a perfect mix of greasy and salty. Customer service goes above and beyond—one DoorDash order missing tzatziki was personally delivered by staff. The cozy atmosphere features Christmas lights and country flags. While the ChowNow app had an ordering issue, it was fixed quickly. A great local place for dine-in with excellent food, reasonable prices, and fast service.
