Mancino's is known for the best pizza and grinders. The pizza sauce is uniquely perfect, and their meatballs are ridiculous. The Italian grinder is always consistent and perfect, and Mancino's has ruined customers for other Italian subs. The food is consistently great, and the pizzas are chefs kiss. However, some customers note no over the phone ordering anymore, no cash option for pick up orders, and a 2.50 charge for using a card. Despite this, the customer service is amazing. One customer ordered online, had a dead car battery, and the staff brought the food within 15 minutes, refusing a tip. Another customer received a credit for a past mistake without even asking. The staff and owners are awesome, and the location is a go-to spot for pizza and grinders. Customers hope the managers are rewarding these employees for doing such an awesome job.
