We have tried something different every time, and the Mediterranean pizza and tomato bread are awesome! They even found some extra coupons for us in addition to the one we already had. “I ordered a "macaroni and cheese pizza" w/bacon to go. The order was done at thw expected time. The employees seemed distant and uninterested, kind of bored. The waiting area was sparse, narrow, and uncomfortable, but not to the point where I'd complain, but definately nothing to rave about. Overall, if you make a pick-up order, I wouldn't recommend arriving early. Just come in, get the food and leave.“

I like trying unusual pizza flavors and was not disappointed! I went to the counter to order and the cashier apologized for not taking our order at our table, they were just coming down from a large group. I told her not to worry, we weren't from BG and it was our first time at the restaurant and didn't know what to expect. They brought out the garlic fingers first, about 10 min after putting our order in, and they were fantastic! Their crust is light and fluffy and the crunch was perfect! “Every time I've gone to Beer Barrel (whether this specific location or a different one) the food has been tasty and fairly-priced.

When I went today, the waitress (I feel bad that I forget her name since she deserves a shout-out!) was extremely attentive to our group and she made sure our waters were topped-off before we could even ask. However, waiters/waitresses from past visits were not as attentive. To be fair, today's waitress set a high standard ^_^

For today's visit I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It was quite tasty, but I do wish there would have been more sauerkraut. Other people in our group also noticed their orders were light on the sauerkraut, so if you're big sauerkraut fans (like us) then you may want to ask for extra. All-in-all I think everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. No one's order was wrong or cold or anything like that, and everyone's food came out at one time. In past visits the food has always been acceptable and enjoyable, but rarely does it exceed my expectations.

The restaurant atmosphere is exactly as you'd expect based off the name. There are plenty of wooden decorations (including big beer barrels) as well as a few metallic accents to the atmosphere to draw out that "pub" feel. However, unlike some pub-style restaraunts, Beer Barrel has never been rowdy or anywhere that I'd feel uncomfortable taking kids. It is definitely a dining experience that welcomes the whole family!

All-in-all, Beer Barrel is an enjoyable establishment with a diverse menu (and drink menu) to choose from. I'd recommend giving it a try sometime if you haven't!

Parking: This restaraunt is located at an outdoor mall. There is plenty of parking at the mall, but you may have to walk a slightly longer distance than you would for a restaraunt with its own dedicated parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: If you dislike your kids being in an atmosphere where alcohol may be present, then this may not be your first choice. Other than that, I'd consider this restaraunt to be very kid-friendly. It isn't quaint or quiet, but it isn't rowdy or out-of-control in any way. It is really a pizza grill first and foremost, with the pub-style taking a backseat. There are TVs on the walls that show sports like baseball or football, and I did not see anything that could be considered indecent on any of the televisions. There are plenty of menu options, so there's a solid chance that the kiddos will find something they like (even if that ends up just being cheese pizza). My group was all adults with the exception of one teenager, so I'm not sure if they offer kid-specific menus (with crayons, etc.) or not.“

“Nothing but good experiences but tonight really stood out. ordered pizza and went to pick it up. we waited a little longer then normal and the manager noticed and decided to comp our meal. There ovens went down and they were really behind. She was slammed trying to get orders out but still noticed how long we were waiting. “Parking: Opening of building is in an odd location and the parking lot is broken, trash strewed around, there is a weird step on the sidewalk near the door (that is easy to trip on because it's unmarked). The staff is always very friendly!

“This seems like a weird review but my Marko's was a home visit. You know home delivery. Which went timely and well. I ordered an Xlarge speciality pizza and it special cut for a zip lock pot luck party. Marko's did exactly as I requested. I do not order pizza very often, however it must have been excellent because it was eaten within a half hour.“

“I had heard good things about the buffet but after seeing it we decided it wasn't worth it and very small. Only about 4 pizza choices, bread sticks, 2 soup choices and traditional salad bar.
