It had been some time since we'd eaten from Mancino's, so we decided to pick up some pizzas for super bowl Sunday. I anticipated that they would be slammed around dinnertime, so called in mid afternoon to place an evening pickup order. There is always some concern that the dinner would be made early and dry out under the heat lamps, but the pizzas were freshly made and delicious. Very pleased with the experience, and looking forward to ordering from them again.
Had a calzone the other day and the outside was cooked nicely. Fresh ingredients and tasty. But the cheese wasn't melted and the inside wasn't hot. But, this kind of thing happens with conveyor belt pizza ovens.
